Jen spent the time to understand my mother’s needs and our family’s wishes. She then presented a number of quality options while remaining open to suggestions of our own. Jen organized all the visits, joined us if we wanted (we did), and was so helpful given her familiarity with staff at most of the locations. In the end, we moved my mother this weekend and the transition could not have been smoother.

I don’t know what we would have done without Jen and the team at Serving Seniors but I know we couldn’t have done this well without them. Thank you again, you’re the best!!
