Our 3 Step Matching System
Step 1: Sorting
Once connected with a trusted and vetted Family Liaison you will have the opportunity to share all about your loved ones, and what makes them special! What challenges are you facing? Is your loved one at home or in the hospital? Favorite hobbies/interests? We want to have as many details as possible to successfully guide your next steps.
Step 2: Matching
Once we have a good idea of certain criteria like budget, care needs, geographic, etc. you will be connected to a Family Support Advocate who will begin the process of matching you to several senior living communities. Your Family Support Advocate will set up your visits and accompany you to ensure you receive accurate information. They may inquire about community incentives or discounts.
Step 3: Big Picture
After completing all community visits, you and your Family Support Advocate will discuss the best fit and make necessary arrangements for the move. Don’t worry, we have several resources to help make moving day a breeze.
